Service is terrible nobody in the establishment is licensed but Cassandra and she barley do a good job.i put my trust that she will do my short cut nice and that didn’t happen at all, all I received was over processed hair and a bad color

Not a good experience at all. When I booked my appointment over the phone with Cassandra she told me she can bleach my hair with no problem. The day of the appointment she decided to do what she wanted to do and that was to put hair color mixed with developer. My hair turned the color of cola soda and I asked for cherry red. She still expected me to pay and she never even apologized for her wrong doing.

I thought overall I would rate my experience a 7 out of 10 but since my color and hair grew out; I've tried a few times to reschedule. After some talk of they're soo busy and I made an appointment, the owner called the day of my appointment (2 hours prior) to be exact and she canceled on me...she said 3 places didn't have my color and she promised to get back to me the Thursday to let me know if the color came in. No phone call....nothing. She should have just told me to GO ELSEWHERE. Well after much thought and prayer over this...I will not return. To me this is very unprofessional. I came home early from camping with my family also which I wasn't too happy about....at least some notice would have been considerate. It's almost like me a paying customer has to beg to get my hair done...no, I won't do it. Don't say you're gonna do something or take an appointment when you have no intentions on doing it.Service: Haircut
