I've had several pieces of Jewlery repaired here. Today was by far the best ever. I took a necklace pendant that was very special, unfortunately the metal it was made of wouldn't allow a repair, we discussed different options and after we settled on a solution they ended up finding the exact same pendant in perfect condition that I was able to buy. I can't thank them enough and they were all so kind and pleasant. Great Experience and service

Don’t bring your watches here. Especially valuable ones. Brought in my beloved new Seiko to get a routine resizing of the band. The picture shows the condition of the bracelet after the gentleman was done manhandling it. Completely unacceptable job on such a simple task. Damaged an expensive and rare watch from my collection.

My husband bought my wedding band here last summer and it's one of the most unique rings I've ever seen. As we searched for his ring, he would often describe what he wanted and I realized it was this ring, so I convinced him to wear it and we'll find me one. Needless to say they were happy to size it for us again. After he died in January, I reclaimed our ring for myself and they did the sizing yet again for me. I was in today to have some nicks and scratches buffed out and they did a beautiful job, it looks like new! I will always return here. Very courteous, very good work, reasonable and quick to get your jewelry back.
