Jerry used text to communicate for the most part which is nice so when you are shopping you aren't stuck on the phone for hours a day. He also was very quick to pick up when I called to finalize and ask questions. Terrific!

Diannah Dom is the best insurance agent I've ever dealt with in my 43 years as a vehicle owner. She was the most courteous and well informed agent. I would refer her to all my friends and relatives. The insurance industry could use about a million more Diannahs. To me, she is worth every penny she earns.
