Great gym with great equipment and a great owner. I love the atmosphere and this is a great gym for anything you need regardless of goals.

I went there to train while my wife and I were on vacation. The day pass rate was very fair and the equipment is a mix of new and old. Everything functioned perfectly. Got my workout done and was on my way. If I lived in Johnstown area I would have bought a membership.
