please stop leaning 150 pound packages against my garage door so i can’t pull into my garage and get into my house. thankfully, the driver was still in front of my house today so i thought he’d help move the box since he saw me struggling and almost drop it trying to move it away from the garage door; still drove away. box is still in front of my garage and i can’t move it myself so i have to sit outside until my boyfriend gets home so he can move it.

I have sent a parcel from Pakistan and mentioned everything on parcel address , contact etc but they are not even calling the consignee and also not delivering parcel on the given location.

Parking is a bit difficult with FedEx trucks going in and out. Google maps are a bit off on location of this center. No directions on which way to go around the building to get to the office door.

This is the second time that my delivery was left in the rain this month! Literally one step away from my dry covered porch!
The first packet was an important law document, which was destroyed in the rain. Today, another package was completely ruined due to the delivery persons inability to have one shred of common sense. At this point it seems malicious. If you hate your job that much, quit and find something else that suits you better. It's lazy, and honestly pathetic.
Also, the automated system is a joke and said that my tracking number did not exist/? Really?? Do better FedEx!!!

They lost a package worth $800 that had insurance and now will only reimburse $100! They are the worst company and don’t stand behind their insurance!!

Yesterday, I didn't receive my 2 packages on due date because driver said in tracking that the business was closed. I live in an apartment building, it doesn't close!!! Had correct address, too!! Hope today's driver will deliver them. ??????

just had a large box delivered to my garage on a side street, not my actual address. the delivery guy pretty much body slammed the package down on my driveway. I have it on video. this is unacceptable.
and now it is along the street waiting to be stolen. how would the driver like it if it was his package, or maybe him being slammed.
fedx is the worst.
