Terrible bank. I'm a loyal customer and every time I go in to do banking I get turned away because I don't have my i.d. They wouldn't even sell me a money order just 15 minutes ago because of no i.d. a money order? Come on!!

Worst bank in the area in my opinion they charge u for every little thing u piss the wrong way I'm sure they'll charge u for that to never again will we bank here parking lot has such a high rise to pull in u bottom out easily WORST BANK EVER

The staff are ok but not always friendly. They charge you if your accounts go below a certain amount which is why we closed the account. It is horrible getting into the parking lot as the sidewalks are to high so you can bottom out from time to time also leaving is hard to get out when traffic is busy.

I have been cashing personal out of state checks for 7 years for companion services to an elderly man, whom his daughter, POA mails me after I electronically submit a review to her. I went to cash one of these checks as I have many times before. I usually cash the check and put some into a Christmas club for tax purposes. The teller refused to cash the check stating I did not have enough funds (in Christmas club). I became irate and swore to never go to this FNB branch again. If the teller would have looked at my checking account she would have seen there was more than enough to cash the under $100 check. No she never asked, just plain refused to cash the check. No manager came out to explain either. Note this was the first time I have seen that employee so she probably did not know I also had a checking account, but she should have asked and they would not have lost a customer.
