Done banking though them been banking though them for years and takes a month just to find out the status for a small loan amount they make excuses and push back the time by weeks. Nobody here cares tells you they’ll call back but you have a better chance of winning the lottery.

This location is not bad though my least favorite the workers (a few) can be very rude when they think they are comfortable and I don't like some of them I try to avoid this bank just because the one downtown is so much better and quicker but most importantly friendlier

The new manager is incompetent and shouldn't be in charge of even a self check out line at Walmart! I closed my accounts over a month ago due to her lack of management and still to this day getting charged! I brought the account to zero like she said and it's still not closed! Although my other buisness account was closed that day!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ITS GONE TO HELL

This sits on a pretty prominent spot along Scalp Ave in Richland. In fact, it replaced a Sunoco that was there a few years back. They kind of configured the set up on the bank to fit the corner. They have the building at a slant so it kind of faces the corner. Ample parking if you decide to do your banking inside. Mostly an easy in and out visit when you prefer to do drive thru/ATM banking instead. I chose the later. It was a fairly quick stop that made for the last errand on my list. The only downside here is what I started with, the location. Although it is a prominent spot, it's a tricky spot. Especially if the traffic on Scalp is heavy. And because of where it is, it is nearly impossible to exit onto Eisenhower if you want to get back to the light.

This location offers the worst customer service banking experience I’ve ever had. Tellers don’t want to help you. They just want to argue with you. Save yourself a headache and bank somewhere else.

terrible situation to say the least. FNB closed 4 local branches locally hence everyone is pushed into this one location...terrible wait times would be an understatement. I'm removing money from FNB next month....and its not the employees fault. They do what they can but even as a hardcore republican that supports capitalism fully when it get's to the point of killing customer happiness to save a dollar....i'll pass. One star at best and my money shall be moved.

Dont have an account but was issued a check from THEIR bank by a company for a larger amount they refused to cash it even though it was their check. They should let companys know not to issue checks they wont honor.

Wait times are horrible. Takes at least a half hour to get through the drive through and there is now only one location in all of Richland when there used to be four. Only good thing is my favorite teller works there she used to work at the Galleria bank. I'm thinking about closing my account since it is such a pain to make cash deposits.

Watched two cars in the drive thru beside me come and go before they even took my information. Awful service.
