They did a decent job on my pedicure but my mom was getting one done at the same time. She was right beside me and her person was skipping out on the spa manicure steps and only gave her a massage for like two seconds. Then kept adding things without letting us know it was going to be an extra charge. Except, for one thing they did. At the end of it all I was paying for both of us and I left my person a tip but not the person my mother was with. The guy actually chased me out of the business and out into the mall demanding I give her a tip. What ridiculousness‘n who does that!!! Will never ever go there again!!!

I was going to lulu's nails first, but they were extremely rude, do they're own thing instead what you want, and the wait time was overall terrible. I started coming here, and I don't regret it! If you go to lulu's and can't deal with them anymore, I highly recommend here! 👌

Got healthy nail with extention one week ago.. I spent over $70 for them to fall off 4 days later...hight recommend NOT going here.

Not good nails at all! The nail tech ripped off my nail and didn’t even care that I said it hurts! Very bad service. Creepy men staring at me and watching me the entire time. The nail tech doesn’t even do the nails straight, they’re crooked and he burns your finger and hands. 1/10 don’t recommend.

I asked for what is in the picture. I got totally the opposite. I can understand what they are speeding at all, and I got a newbie. He made it look nothing like the pic. I said for the black to be pink, and I repeated it 5 times to him. He made the pick a whole different shade and number than what I showed him on the pallet they have. I need a refund and NEW nails.

I was waited on today by Tina. I can say this much: she is a very hard-working young lady. I also appreciate her work and her time today to do my nails. I very much enjoyed speaking with her. I will be back to see here again. :)

They were nice to me but that is all they were....I wanted just a mani and pedi for $45.00 and they PUSHED Gel color on me for a total of $93.00!! OUTRAGEOUS!! When I told her that I just wanted regular color she said that the gel color will last a long time WELL it is now one week and after just 3 days the polish was lifting off my nail and chipping off. Then when I went to pay I gave them my card and another woman ask me if I had cash and I said no. So she told me to go out of the store over to the ATM to get cash because it would be better for her if I paid in cash. That was so unprofessional and plus I could of just left and not paid!! So I not only got charged for an ATM charge of $2.95 then I got a $3.00 transaction fee!! So needless to say I did not give them a tip because they didn't deserve it!! I do no recommend this nail place plus it was dirty and they didn't even have customers wash their hands!!
This nail business should be reported to the Better Business Bureau!!
From now on I will go to L&D Academy where they are very professional, reasonable and everything you need in a hair and nail salon!!

Worst mani/pedi ever. I got a pedicure and my teenage daughter got a manicure. They didn't trim our cuticles, only applied one coat, and made my daughter bleed by cutting her nail too short. They also charged me more than what was on their "menu." When I tried pointing out the price discrepancy they just kept repeating the incorrect price and would not or could not say anything else. I wil never go back and will only ever tell people to never visit this salon.
