Horrible Pharmacist on duty tonight 10-16-23! What a Bit**! Ask if she could give me a list of preventative Migraine medication that she can order. She pointed out into the store and said there are medicines down that isle. I had to again tell her that I'm not looking for over the counter medicine, but would like a list of what preventative migraine medicine she could order. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and would like to know what is available so he could review my options and prescribe something that was available. She said my only two options were Ubrelvy and Amovig. I told her that my insurance stopped covering Amovig. She replied that my insurance would probably not cover Ubrelvy either. I asked why and she replied that they would probably want me to participate in a trial pill mediation beforehand. She couldn't have know this because she didn't know what insurance I had. She didn't offer to look up my insurance to verify her comment even though the information was readily available because I was also there to pick up my wife's prescription. She also didn't give me any information as to what preventative pills she was talking about. She seamed very bothered that she had to get off her A** and talk to someone! I didn't appreciate her talking down to me either and brushing me off! My father and Grandfather were both Pharmacist! I've watched them working while I was growing up and this is no way a pharmacist should act towards a customer! Very unprofessional! Luckily I went to Rite Aid afterwards in Westmont and the Pharmacist there was Great! He printed out several medications that was available and took time to explain each of them!
