Pharmacy lines are crazy....they can not handle the added customers they got from Rite Aid. As well I personally experienced a not so good interaction with one of the Pharmacist who told me I had no other choice then Giant Eagle to get my scripts filled. I've worked retail and call center customer service leadership positions and I would never have had any of my Reps or Agents say that to any customer of mine. I think they think they can treat people like that. It's sad. Last year things weren't this bad.

Just as I remembered it from our Scalp cruising days. I miss Home so much.
Store was neat and organized and food was super cheap compared to prices in Florida.

We ordered my son’s smash cake from the bakery. We said that the theme was space and let them create what they thought would be cute! It was the cutest smash cake I’ve ever seen. We said blues and grays for our space theme and even though the acing was dark to match our theme it didn’t dye my son’s face or hands at all. He loved it and so did everyone else!!

We stopped by in the evening of 6/27 to buy a bunch of snow crab legs for our family beach trip. They were very low in stock so we asked the guy at the seafood counter if there were any more left. He checked the freezer and found a new box, so he asked us how much we’d need and bagged them up for us nicely. We greatly appreciated his kindness and willingness to help bag up about 14 lbs of crab legs. The sale price got us a pretty good deal on them and they were excellent!

This is the nicest gianteagle as far as variety and products in stock for the Johnstown area. The cashiers have their moments but have gotten better. I like this one the best for sure.

I called the pharmacy this morning asking for help after my pharmacy closed, new prescriptions sent to a pharmacy who then claim they can’t fill. Whomever answered the phone (didn’t share her name) was so rude and unhelpful. Asked me why I didn’t choose them in the first place. I sure won’t be choosing your pharmacy now either.
