HCU is as incompetent as they come.Had numerous simple problems with this organization that they have failed to make right. There are a few staff members who are sweet but most of the staff are clueless old hags without a personality. Spare yourself a headache and do your banking business with actual professionals.

I tried to open an account at the Station Medical location multiple times. Each time I was nothing but a nuisance to the person who was working. I get off at 4 and was at the window no later than 4:03, they don’t close until 4:30. The one time she had to be at a meeting in Ebensburg and and just didn’t have the time to spare. Absolutely the worst customer service. Everyone who works here is snobby. The loan department is trash and should be fired. They are all rude and stuck up. Then they expect people to be nice to them. They absolutely suck. A working man Cant get approved for a loan here . Nothing but insults from this facility. I will be writing a formal complaint .

I recommend everything about HealthCare First Credit Union. The people are wonderful there. We have had a checking account there for a long time. We had a car loan with them at one time which is now paid off. We also had a personal loan with them and when we needed money they treated us with respect. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new credit union. Great place!
