Oil change was fine , but after leaving our heat shield came loose and drug for 5 miles till we could get back and have it looked at, now we have to contact a dealer to get it reinforced

Staff are always friendly and helpful. I love that they make suggestions on repairs or upgrades but are not pushy about it. I go regularly for my oil changes (yes, even though my husband could do it - who has time!) and it just makes my life so much easier. Very happy with Scalp Ave crew and service.

This place is amazing. I love everyone there. I would never take my car anywhere else. I get treated like family. Great team of people. I can not say enough. I never get pushed into buying nothing there. They tell me what my car needs and they say it is up to you we can do it now or next time. Wow. I get treated so good I travel 40 miles too use the Johnstown location. Great job guys!!

They told me there was no oil on my dipstick which I guarantee wasn’t correct as I checked it 2 days before and it was full I have never had to add oil before in 80k miles also tried to sell me wiper blades which I put on about 3 weeks ago. When I got my service paper at the end it said oil check in was okService: Oil change

Great team at the Scalp Avenue location. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. My meds were met by a very attentive and courteous staff who communicated what they were doing and did it quickly and accurately. I felt taken care of and will certainly return.
