Salesman was very personable and did a good job overall. I would have liked if he would have taken the time to get in the vehicle and show us what each button and feature was instead of just going over it with us on an iPad. Also felt they could have worked with us a little more on the overall price of the vehicle and/or the trade. Overall we are very happy with the 2023 Nissan Rogue we purchased. We absolutely loved Emma!

I went for 1 of my free routine oil change today after buying a 2023 Elantra, the car was running smoothly. Then they came and told me I had a screw in the tire and would get me a price for a new tire. Then after getting the keys and driving it just out of the bay it was making a horrible sound so I pulled right back in to ask what the sound was they told me the screw. There was no noise prior I didn't even make it home 5 miles before it went flat and had to put on a spare. Yet the service sticker they put on the windshield said the tires had no problem. So they ran over what appeared to be a bolt after putting the sticker on and now say its my $230.00 problem and I should get both tires changed at this point. This was the worst service I have ever experienced and now will sway me to not do business there.

I've had mixed experiences with Laurel. I purchased a new Hyundai a few years ago and the deal and the sales experience were excellent. I recently tried to purchase a new Tacoma here but didn't because of the trade value they offered. I drove to Pittsburgh and got $2500 more for my trade on the exact same truck. My most recent experience was with the collision center. I wasn't particularly happy with some things at first but Wayne did an exceptional job of taking care of my concerns. I'd use the collision shop again, but I probably won't go back for sales.

Terrible service my car went there for repairs and they ended up doing more damage to my car than it did when it first got there when I tried asking them about it the guy that I was told was the one working on it tried telling me he wasn’t the one doing the work and that they would have to call me back and then never did very sketchy people and place I wouldn’t recommend doing any business with these people

It's challenging to find a car these days! I was looking for a very specific vehicle and I wasn't able to find one anywhere. Even though Laurel Toyota didn't have one in stock, the sales rep I spoke with, Joe Dodson, was kind enough to point me in the direction of a dealership that had one and gave me some car buying tips. (It's my first vehicle purchase.) So very grateful for the excellent customer service here and will come back when I'm looking for another car. Highly recommend!

Scott was awesome. Excellent communication. Couldn’t be happier with my 4Runner. Wish all dealers were like this lol. Response to emails and texts were excellent and amazingly punctual. Thanks again and keep it up man!

I live an hour away from their dealership. I saw a truck online I liked. I have been shopping around and have received offers on my truck around $14.5k. I inquired about a truck they had and sent them pics and info about my truck. They offered me $11k! Trade value is between $14-$15k. Then they said they could offer me a little more if I brought it in. There's no way I'm driving and hour away for them to offer me something ridiculous. I'm sure they'll sell that truck to some sucker but it's not gonna be me. 2/5 would not recommend.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a vehicle in May 2021 and the sales rep lied about it having new tires. I am a single working mother and not a tire expert, so trusted the dealership when they advertised the vehicle with new tires. Management did nothing to remedy the situation. I sold the vehicle in 2022 after getting a LONG list of repairs needed including all new tires. MONTHS later I am still waiting for a refund on the prepaid warranty plan that the dealership is supposed to credit back. I have left multiple messages for the financing department and they won't return phone calls or emails. I have reported this dealership to Toyota Brand Management because they do not represent the level of quality behind the Toyota name. WORST company ever.

If you are brown or black you are not welcome here. I came in with an already approved sale but was chased out by a member of management. I used a discount for my military service yet this guy said thats not real income and the sales girl Tiffany kept telling me I'm unemployed even though I get a month compensation check from the va from injuries sustained in Iraq back in 07..22 racism still grips this country.

Was interested in trading my vehicle, but after being talked down to in such the way I was, I would not recommend them at all.

My car broke down on the PA turnpike. I got an emergency tow to this location. I dropped it off late on a Monday evening. They were closing soon so understandable that the repairs would wait until the following day. Staff was very friendly and reliable. Jamie, my service advisor did a wonderful job keeping me informed. Jenny was a spectacular lady!! Courtesy shuttle driver had gone home for evening. She still went out of her way and gave us a ride to our hotel. She was very friendly and tried to engage with us and make us through a very stressful situation. Well, they ultimately fixed the vehicle. Turned out to be a dead battery, but they did thorough testing to ensure there was nothing us that caused my car to break down. If I lived in the area, I would surely return. Thanks again for trying to alleviate a very stressful decision and your super dedication to service!!!

0 stars isn’t possible..?I wouldn’t let Laurel Auto Group rotate my tires, let alone buy another vehicle from them. Terrible customer service. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend!Buying experience was not bad because they want your business. But don’t expect them to do anything for you after the purchase.Apparently when your air conditioner doesn’t work in a $21,000 vehicle, it is from wear in tear on it. (Purchased December 2020, and never used the AC one time, until March 2021).They choose the cheap and easy way to do things in order to get by, and pass along all of the problems to their customers. BUYER BEWARE!Shop at Tri-star, Hillview, Memorial, Aurandt Motors, Carvana, or ANY PLACE ELSE!

After purchasing a used Rav 4 from them on May 22 I encountered a problem with a soft brake pedal which I had to pump to get the brakes to work. I made 3 calls and a email to Laurel Auto Group to talk to them about resolving the problem. I got a voice mail message each time saying they would get back to me which they never did. There was no reply to my email. Very poor service after the sale. Now I need to spend money getting my brakes fixed after spending over $20000 for the car only a month ago.

Worked with Scott Long for a remote purchase. Scott and his colleague Quinn were great to work with. They were extremely responsive and went out to find the Tacoma that I needed. Highly recommend contacting Scott to find the Toyota you need!
