Hard to find what you need cause stuff is stocked in the wrong bins, the employee that helped me smelled like cabbage and wasn't very helpful

If you are planning on buying an appliance there, do yourself a favor and just pay out of pocket for a service repair. I bought a brand new Whirlpool fridge, and it stopped working at the end of April. I am still waiting for it to be fixed. There is so much nonsense with the "warranty" that is provided, and Lowes absolutely washes their hands of the issue. In the meantime, I had to buy another fridge while I wait for one of the two companies that were supposed to fix my whirlpool.

Typical Lowe's. A one in all hardware, home improvement store. Only competion is Home Depot so don't expect any major bargains unless on sale. Veterans discount is a major plus and easy to apply for on line.

This is per the customer service rep I talk to but I Just got off the phone with customer service at Lowe's Home Improvement and my credit card account was cancelled because I paid the damn bill! ???. What a joke. So if I didn’t pay off the balance and still owed money on the card I’d still have an account.
Lowe’s can just go out of business for all I care. I’ll go to The Home Depot instead.

I usually shop at Home Depot next door to this Lowes now I remember why. Customer service is not as good. My wife and I were shopping for a storm door for over 20 minutes in the door aisle. The employee at the door desk kept to his computer. Walked to another section looking for help and located another employee. Asked for assistance and he said he will send someone over. Never showed. We left

I purchased a 10 ft leader hose for my hose real about a month ago and used it twice. Well i went to use it again and it burst. I went to return it and was asked for the receipt or card that i purchased it with. I told the employee that i did not have either since i purchased it with a lowes gift card. I did however have the hose card that it was attached to. Your employee was so rude to me thinking that i only wanted the cash back and didn't even offer me an exchange just walked away from me. I asked to see the manager see said with a terrible attitude he's not working today. $15.00 just cost lowes a loyal customer.

You can almost find everything you need for home improvement here you can also find nits and bolts for auto uses but they really need to update the selection of what they have for that since alot of sizes people need were out of stock or they dident carry
