The manager at the down town store what a great guy his cu service is fantastic his his helpful caring I would recommend him to best employee you have not the last experience I had down there I would not go there when the other employee is working he has no customer service skills tells me false information about my service

I am giving a 5 star rating to John at the store he was amazing the whole process was easy it wasn't until I had to deal with customer service over the phone they were rude, I was lied to to several times and no one listened. I HAD TO CALL BACK TO THE STORE AND SPEAK WITH JOHN TO RESOLVE A SIMPLE TECH ISSUE! please give the store employees more power to help customers because once you call customer service you will just be pushed around and left on hold

I stopped by just as the employee was heading out for lunch and he told me that he would be back in a half hour. It has been here for an hour and I am still waiting! I needed them to make an adjustment to my account! They owe me about $90.00 because they take my payments from just one source when it has already been arranged to take it from 2! Can't fix anything if nobody here to fix it!

don't got to this store. It is a waste of time. I have been dealing with Metro for years and never had a problem until I came to Johnstown. None of the employees are trained. One female sold me the wrong phone. When I went back The other female told me that the one who sold me the wrong phone didn't want to deal with me, She said come back Sunday and my phone problem would be taken care of, guess what the store was closed. the service sucks and all anyone knows how to say is sorry. There is never a manager their. So if you want to save your sanity stay far away from this Metro.

Store was not open on time employee (Tierra Brevard) arrived about 5 minutes after 10: 00am when store was supposed to be open. Then informed me and another customer. who were waiting outside for the store. that we would have to wait another 15 minutes for her to open up. After 20 minutes past she came back out to open the doors. When she was finally able to help me. She was not fully informed and all the services I needed and couldn't fully help me after making me late for a doctor appointment I would of made it to on time were she on time that day..Her customer service skills were fine other than that. Would suggest getting a more responsible staff to open up the store according to the hours posted online and on the storefront.

The people that work in the store are very nice and help you anywhere they can. They are just dealers of phones and if you have any problems with your phone or service, you're going to have to go to Metro. That I'm having a problem with but I'm trying to work it out.
