Great experience buying a Christmas tree today. Many places in our area have a shortage this year, with either no trees for sale, or sad trees that have spent too long on a truck and have needles already falling off.Ray's had a nice selection of trees kept in water, priced better than the places with sad trees. We got a lovely, healthy-looking Fraser Fir with a full and even appearance. The woman working today was very helpful, and she tied up our tree and helped load it.

Is this place still open? Drive by when the hours listed say they are open and the place is empty and dark. There is a new invention of a telephone to contact them but they havent trained their staff how to answer it I guess. Must be too difficult to put a recording on their answering machine.

It is tight if you are delivering with a 53ft. You can not turn in the shop called trucking company. It is NOT enough room........ there is a water plant at dead end for experienced drivers.

I can say that when I have shopped here in the past the customer service has been very poor to almost rude. I think their attitude is 'you're lucky to be able to shop here'. Their prices are much higher than Stuver's Nursery (right behind them) and don't even think about trying to get a credit back on merchandise... it will be your fault no matter what. I really do suggest you drive past this place and go to Stuver's. They make you feel welcome and appreciated and you will save money.

I love this place! There are so many items to choose from. Plants, mulch, indoor plants, outdoor plants, decorations. It's a joyful visit for any gardener. It's hard to tell which is Ray's and which is Stuver's. It's worth the time and drive to the area.
