I’ve been treated rudely by Rite Aid pharmacy staff, one too many times. The last trip ended in waiting 3 days for a refill to be processed, followed by confusion on which med was to be refilled and even disagreement between the pharmacist and the technician on how many meds they refilled. The last issue was when the technician told me they did not have enough of the med to refill my prescription, then a minute later another technician handed me a full refill.
Confusion, disarray and some (but not all) rude staff. Disarray could be a concern if the disarray is on the part of those dispensing medications.
