Never had a bad experience at this location. Employees are friendly most of the time and always are welcoming. I wish every employee would be more welcoming. I get its a frustrating job sometimes. But that's part of your job other than that, it's an amazing store to buy from and I will always go there!

To my dismay it hasn't changed. I've visited Ross years ago and had the overwhelming feeling I walked into a depressing abyss with little merchandise to hold the attention or get excited about, unfortunately it has not gotten better. The associates (or lack there of) have never been helpful or friendly, nor do they engage with the customer coming in or leaving the the store. The cashier's don't even acknowledge or make eye contact with customers. Needless to say it will most likely be another few years before I go in again, if ever.

This place is awesome, wide variety of clothes, shoes and things for the home. You need to go often, they get trucks with new stuff three days a week... you won't be sorry
