I went through the drive through last night. I had to ask for my drinks they didn't give them to me I didn't get half of my order and didn't realize until I was already home. The cashier handed me my change and no receipt so I can't even go and ask for my stuff. Do better.

There is never anyone at the counter when you walk in early in the morning it's ridiculous that you have to stand there 10 minutes or more ... the service at this location before the rebuild was alot better it needs to get back to that

I just started going to this sheetz more often recently due to being up here more and each time i have went they have made the food half a$$ I don’t get how hard it is to not burn a grilled cheese an also a group of crackheads tried starting stuff I don’t get it lmao but wouldn’t recommend this sheetz

I just love this place. Before I retired, I would get lunch here at least 3 times per week. The online ordering made it so much quicker. There were no delivery options back then.Very rarely is there any problem. Had one last night on $40 pickup order. Found that the bucket of fries was missing. Meh, it happens.

Had to wait 20 minutes for food, then received the incorrect food; when talking to customer service about this they were rude and unhelpful!

Corporate ruined this location completely with the new store just for a drive thru and e 10 and 85 pumps. This used to be my go to location but not anymore! they had a much better layout with the other store! now it feels all small and confined. they even took out the seating area that was in the other store. Even the guys that used to hang out there daily don't even go there anymore
