Waited in store for service for 10 minutes. Girl was in the back on the phone. I was patiently waiting when the rest of my family joined me for another 15 minutes. Not once did she acknowledge we were there until she closed the door. That is poor customer service. We had the intentions of switching 3 phone lines and tablet with purchase of all new equipment. A simple acknowledgement we were there, a slight give me a minute or even the words I'll be right with you after I'm off the phone...

I cannot begin to describe the perils of trying to leave my old provider. But wow did the reps at this location make switching over so much less of a hassle then my prior experiences. I recommend this team of professionals to everyone! You can't beat the discounts and great customer service.

They added an extra screen protector and charger to my bill when I went up to add a line that they never gave me. Never gave me the charger for the watch either. Everytime I go there they screw something up or pull dirty tricks to get commission. I'm over it. Straight up awful.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Neya at this location has created a giant problem for me.Long story short: I went to store to enroll in prepaid wireless. Saleswoman tried to be sneaky by trying to sell internet and phone bundle, even after I told her I wasn't interested (this was discovered later, as she rang up my total due and it was over $100 and i knew the prepaid total was to be $65). I told her no and to reverse everything in computer as i had told her i only wanted the prepaid plan. I left thinking that i was only enrolled in prepaid.... that is when this nightmare began. I am now receiving overdue bills for hundreds of dollars for tmobile internet: a service that I did not subscribe to, nor did I take equipment for. Called customer service: all they do is tell you that they're "sorry", they will have "charges reversed", "disregard the bill you recieved", and "you have my word that this is resolved."Save your time. Avoid t-mobile.

Went in needing information on data coverage plans and pricing, and received help almost immediately from Quentin who was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. He was a huge help on explaining the different packages offered and what one would best suit my needs.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Workers are very unprofessional just stare at you when walk in and you can clearly tell they don't want to be there and it carries into the service as well. Also took me 3 months and countless hours on the phone to get my bill to the price they promised me in the store. I 100% regret making the move to this company. 10/10 don't recommend.

When starting new service and picking out your phones Abby and her staff will tell you cases and screen protecters are free when you sign up for auto pay but when you get your first bill you will see that they charged you for it. This is fraud Abby needs to be terminated. Also called the number down below multiple times to talk to the owner even left a message and they never got back to me.

Went here today to get a phone for someone and all I can say is “multitasking” must mean, waiting on the hot girl in the short shorts. Meanwhile I was there way before her you spoke with us before her , yet waited on her first. Bad customer service!!!!

Quentin is my go to TMobile tech guy. No question is too stupid for him to answer thoroughly! This is the best TMobile store I’ve ever been to!
