I had my car towed to Kia due to the check engine light being on and it had a very rough idle. I recently had the spark plugs replaced at a different garage and thought that would fix the issues. It didn’t. The staff at Kia were amazing and after clearing all of the old codes and taking care of 2 recalls, I was good to go.

Love Team Kia. This dealership made my new car buying experience go so smoothly. Mark was awesome. No pressure, answered all of my questions, and he was so patient while I waited to receive my funds from my insurance company. He was even willing to come in on his day off to help me get into my new car faster. He set up everything on my car for me and went over every single feature of the car after my purchase. It was such a huge help considering all of the bells and whistles the car had to offer. The gentleman who helped with financing was very personable and made that part seem so easy as well. Dennis, the Sales Manager sat down with me and my fiance also to personally to thank us for choosing Team Kia. You don't always normally get to see the people above and/or behind the salesman. Loved all the personal touches Team Kia gave us. We drove an hour to get toTeam Kia. We had other dealers much closer to us, none of them offered a great personal experience with no pressure. I'm so happy I picked Team Kia for my new car purchase. I highly recommend you go visit them if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle!!!☆☆☆☆☆ 5 star rating from me!!!

Wiper fluid was not filled and no car wash even though the temp was in the low 50s. Had to make an extra trip to have the wiper fluid filled

Couldn’t recommend this place enough!! We just recently bought a car from here with Mark Nagy and hands down the easiest smoothest, process ever. Answered all questions we had and made sure we were happy when we left. Never felt like they were being pushy or trying to just “get a sale” was treated very nice and professional. Definitely recommend checking them out if your in the market for a vehicle.

I had such a great shopping experience at Team Kia! Literally everyone in the place treated us with such warmth and respect. Jess, our salesperson, was outstanding. She even was there holding the door when she saw us arrive one time. She never fails to have a smile on her face and is very knowledgeable & helpful. I felt very well represented with her. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and together we found the perfect vehicle. I was also very pleased with how management, Dennis, took the time to introduce himself. Finance- I so wish I could remember his name- shared some great information and insights. Having been in banking before- I really appreciated his input and knew it to be valuable. This all being said- I think you can tell I was very pleased with my experience. More than that- so was my spouse. And that is the grand slam. Well done Team Kia.
