I’ve been trying to get a hold of them all day until they closed at four. I’ve emailed them. I’ve called them and everything because I got a message saying I needed to renew my lease. I’ve already paid for the next month but I cannot get a hold of them at all. I’ve been trying. I’ve called the number. I’ve emailed and everything The least they could’ve done is emailed me back. I’ve had this unit for almost 3 years and I’ve never had to renew the lease and I don’t even live in Pennsylvania anymore, so it’s not like I can go up to the office to sign the renewed lease.

Was overcharged because I Was a month behind and when I paid for the past month, they still charged me for December even tho my stuff won’t be there for the whole month of December. I recommend you not to put your stuff in the storage unit.after I went to get my stuff out I noticed that a lot of my stuff was missing and everything was gone through. The stuff that was in bags was all dumped out all over the storage unit. Most of my clothing that was being stored was wet and moldy had to be thrown out. Glass from one of my stands was broke, and my table chairs were missing.

Brother in laws have rented from here before and are returning to this place again but it should really be mentioned that this business is CLOSED on Wednesdays. Brother in law made a reservation on the website and we went to the business today but seen on the door they’re closed on Wednesdays but it’s nowhere mentioned on the hours when you Google them. I submitted a suggestion for the Wednesday hours to be changed just so no one has to make a drive out there if they really are closed.

I am so grateful for all of the help that Hailey was able to offer us in a pinch when another storage unit facility fell through. Just the day before we moved she was able to walk us through the process and set us up with a storage unit. We are so happy with the climate controlled unit, it was so clean and spacious and feels very secure!

I have had a couple storage units at this facility over 5 years, as there are different size units available.The facility is clean and well taken care of. The office manager, Debbie is always polite and curtious. She goes above and beyond taking care of the grounds. I have had no problems with my items in storage there. Any questions or concerns are answered promptly when I call into the office.

Deb in the office was extremely helpful in getting us the correct size unit. Communication was excellent and they were very accommodating. Happy with the service!

I always enjoyed my experience there and Deborah is great to deal with and one of those rare "above and beyond" types; however, corporate/managment and I had disagreements about their new systems/policies and let's just say I will be moving elsewhere.
