Joe was accommodating and very helpful when we originally had a reservation at another location that wasn’t able to uphold the reservation. Joe took care of everything, from getting us setup with another box truck to handling the other reservation and canceling it for us. Really appreciate how helpful he was, definitely will be returning.

I’ve rented equipment from here in the past and recently I needed to rent another trailer to haul house hold furniture. I was met with very friendly and knowledgeable staff and my rental experience went smoothly and quick.I highly recommend this location for your moving needs.

U Haul incorrectly attached my vehicle to the trailer and then refused to acknowledge any liability for damages due to their negligence.UHaul also recommended movers, Ryan and his crew of halfway house felons. U Haul wouldn't personally hire them, as they are criminals, but yet allow and recommend them on their website ?!?!!??They packed horribly, destroyed my property, and then refuse to return my phone calls. Ryan, the owner, will ask you to pay through PayPal "friends and family" so you cannot dispute charges once you've realized your damages. Tax evasion, SHADY company.Don't use the Johnstown location or this shady moving company!!!! AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your staff was friendly and efficient. My rental was running and warm when I left the building...no waiting. Drop off was easy. Overall a very good experience.The price was right, as well. I would use this service again and recommend it to anyone in need of a rental truck.

My experience in both my dealings with personnel at the Broad Street location and our use of the trailer, were seamless, and the pick-up and drop-off were simple and quick. The trailer was in perfect working order and clean upon pick-up (and likewise when returned). My 4th time using the Broad Street location. And I'll be back.

You know, in all my times of moving, I never used U-Haul until now. That's really odd, but I guess as you get older you really do realize you have less friends and more junk, so you need to rent a truck. I have to say, renting the truck was fairly simple. I did everything online. Including the need for anything extra. Which is great, as I am a planner and like to have everything planned out before heading out.We showed up there and our truck was ready to go. Everything was in the system and it showed on their screen. I had added the extra insurance to my order as to make sure I didn't get dinged when I returned the truck later. I have to say that I do suggest you get this. Once we had the truck and started to load things, we didn't notice it until after we unloaded my storage unit and had it in the truck, there was a big gash in the top of the truck, it was there before we picked it up, but hidden by the door to the back. I did take a picture of it for my piece of mind, but when I turned the truck back in I made sure that the receiving facility was aware of it.The truck fit everything I had into it, which they do accurately describe what the capabilities are for each size of vehicle they have. It wasn't hard on gas, but they don't always give you the vehicle with a full tank. That thing was a best to fill up just to get to my destination. But I didn't have to fill up when I got there because of the good gas mileage.The customer service here was amazing. They made sure we were correct in our information, was making sure we knew where we were going to be dropping it off at, and even gave us some leeway on the mileage just in case getting to the drop off point might have added onto it.I also purchased some items in store. I got a mattress cover and some tie downs just to be safe during the move. Not a bad experience for my first go round in all my moves.
