Driver didn’t even attempt to drop my package off, I think he completely missed the stop here in Rockwood and just updated it as he did so he didn’t get in trouble and took a picture of his hand for delivery proof now I’m without t my product and it’s being shipped back to Nike for no reason I’m missing out on an awesome product and discount because of a lazy driver. Plus it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone in this company, can’t even call the physical Johnstown location. I would have been more than willing to drive there to pick it up from the facility but you can’t even call to have them hold it. Most definitely was not delivered nor even attempted. I’ve filed a formal complaint with UPS on this facility and the driver.

The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that I barely got any help on my package and turns out that my package was to be shipped from USPS, but the guy was not very helpful, but, overall, the environment was great and somewhat quiet and the people there was as respectful as possible.

This review is directed towards the public, Customers beware...UPS is not a very good choice for doing business with don't trust them with any packages that you are waiting for , i recently had an Amazon order get shipped to me and this local UPS has criminals driving their delivery trucks the driver that delivered my package cut open my Amazon box in an attempt to steal from it but little did they know my order was sealed inside a plastic shrink wrap and they couldn't get to anything.I am extremely angry with UPS because they have an awful business , the only service i trust with my stuff is USPS i won't recommend UPS to anyone cause of what their driver did to my package and the company let's them get away with it.

The UPS facility on Donald Lane has courteous, helpful employees. The UPS delivery people in my current zip code of 15905 always deliver my packages with care and to the correct address. When I lived in zip code 27948 there was one UPS driver who delivered my packages to the wrong address three times. I had to get refunds for those items. Finally I talked to him one day and he slapped himself in the head and said "I know where I've been taking them!"

Refused to deliver 3rd of 3 packages from Amazon. Then when they did agree to have it delivered with a confirmed date they " are unable to locate". But interesting enough they could locate it a 4 days ago when they told me to drive 1.5 hours to pick it up. The same day they gave me a confirmed delivery date of today.Horrible costumer service!!!

They never can deliver my package at the right place. I always have to go looking for it. I was supposed to get one today and it says delivered but guess what it ain't at my house. Why can't you get it right? I tried calling can't speak to a person to a recording. Ups needs to go out of business.

I had a package that was a return to from Amazon. I had a QR code that would not scan In my email. He taught me that dark mode on my phone does not work well for the QR code. This was genius! I turned off dark mode on my phone and the QR code scanned! This staff member was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and got me on my way quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Driver has been driving past for days now and yet has not delivered any of my four packages - claiming “emergency situation”. Literally watched the truck sit less than a block away for an hour. Customer service is zero help and I’m sure I won’t get a refund for any temperature sensitive items damaged while sitting for five days now.
