I’m almost positive they hire the utmost laziest people ever. A carrier came to my doorstep not even carrying a package and stuck an “attempted delivery” sticker to my window. I opened the door and read it as he was walking away and I yelled “where’s my attempted package at???” And the dude absolutely ignored me and kept walking. Screw this company. In every way. And you can’t talk to them on the phone because it’s twist and turns of constant automated system voices. I’ll cheer the day USPS goes under.

Horrible, attempted delivery slips cause people can't do there jobs. I was literally in my driveway cleaning out my car. I guess im supposed to stand on the mailbox for signature required mail

do better and employ better individuals... Customers DO NOT want to hear your employees talking about why businesses should NOT support LGBTQ "people" as yall called them, they DO NOT want to hear your employees degrading other employees & their personal preferences regardless if its about them being on Grindr or NOT!! Its unprofessional & distasteful..

They're incompetent. Period. I have informed delivery and guess what alot of times I still don't get what mail is photographed and even packages. They are paid well, if they don't like the job go somewhere else. I remember a time when the usps was reliable and trustworthy. Not anymore.

Awful.We mailed out our bill payments on 2/26 at the Sheridan Street location.Fast Forward March 8th. Money not received by anyone we owed.We canceled payment, only for bills to be delivered two days later and now unable to cash the money orders

I see many reviews of undelivered mail, you need to sign up for USPS Informed Delivery. Instead of blaming the overworked carriers all the time, this will show you daily what mail is to be received for that day.

I live in Cambria county in Johnstown PA moved in my place around2022 and received mail even in 2023
and even ads for everything then this year January 2024 I haven't had since December 14 2023 it's kinda strange like I got ghosted for my mail

I have recently moved and had to go through all the “red tape” to get my mail delivered to the new address. I don’t know if the mailman at my current address had a relationship with the woman that lived here before me or what but he’s super rude and writes on my mail. I’m barely getting any mail. My husband and I reported him, originally to a supervisor at the post office and now he’s writing on the mail when it’s says “or current resident” next to it he writes “this means you” in my years of living I’ve never had one issue with a mail carrier. He hates his job and it’s leaking onto the customers.

I live in Lower Yoder. This morning my mail person delivered my mail then stopped to pick up my fall mum that had blown off the porch. What a nice surprise!!!!
