My CU merged with this CU recently. Everything was OK at the start but then I opened a business account for my freelance work. After opening that account I began experiencing issues with transferring money from PayPal, Stripe, (my 2 invoicing services) and I also began experiencing issues paying one of my credit cards by bank transfer. After several weeks and many calls/emails with all companies involved including USSCO I concluded that somehow these three companies were being routed to/from the wrong account.

Best local bank ever in term of customer service however, I had like them expand a range of loan services like home improvement loan.

Very good service if you actually get to see them in person by chance, but horrendous operating hours and the online banking is essentially non-existent when it comes to actual usage. Also regarding the online banking, it is hosted over a 56k connection, providing for extremely unreliable, slow service. The website for the banking itself is designed very badly, is nonstandard (And is therefore incompatible with most home-banking software such as Quicken), and tends to break without warning. Due to such an occurrence, I was unable to access my funds for a week until I returned from school to speak with the help desk in person.
