They don’t return your phone calls or reply to your emails. It took over a month for me to get an answer about endorsements made to our policy.

I switched to Watson when we moved to the area. Kristina V was so thorough and very timely in helping me transfer and redo my 3 policies. She also just helped me this week adjust a policy for an upcoming move.
