Where do you find the people that you hire?? You get one bad apple of the register just to hire another one. This is the most uncomfortable store to go into and check out of!!! Please put the self scan back so people like me don’t have to deal with miserable ass people at the register. The energy and customer service is horrible!! Bottom of the barrel folks in there.

This is the best dollar general I have ever been in. For just 3000 square feet of store, you can get everything you need from fresh produce to pillows. I am very pleased with the service and quality of product. I hope they put one of these in my town.

Self check out is never open. Always end up standing in line for long periods waiting to check out while my ear drums half bust out listening to rap music. The music is way too loud. It's obnoxious when you have to get close to the person standing next to you just to hear what they are saying.

Typical Dollar General had everything I needed at good prices. Typical Dollar General was a little messy, but the people are friendly!

Very inconvenient when a "convenient" store is always randomly closed, I drove 10 minutes to the next dollar general , closed on days they are open...terrible business, how are they still in business is my question.

Sorry, but it’s gotten really bad. When it’s open, you can’t walk through the isles with all the boxes and disorganization. So messy. It’s like walking into an episode of Hoarders.

Went to the store to have 6 foil balloons filled for my son's birthday party. The lady at the counter was so rude and disrespectful. She asked if I had string for them and wouldn't bother to look for a pair of scissors to cut it. We ended up using a box knife. There wasn't even anyone in line behind us until the last balloon. She was so polite to the gentleman behind me but was nasty to me the entire time I was there. Any other time I had gone there to have balloons filled I had paid a small fee, but when I got my wallet out to pay she yelled at me that it was free. I tried explaining my previous experiences, hence getting out my wallet, and she yelled at me a second time. I got so mad and frustrated that I ended up getting snarky back and said how I was so sorry my son was born on the wrong weekend, it's such an inconvenience to their day. I understand that everyone is human and is entitled to have a bad day, but don't take it out on your customers. It's not my fault. I just wanted to get balloons filled for my son's party. I've worked retail, I totally get it. But 6 balloons isn't that big of a deal lady. Thanks for starting off my day on a bad note. I hope we don't cross paths again.

Ive tried 3 times in the past quarter year to come to this store during normal operating hours, and every time there’s been a handwritten ‘closed for the day’ sign on the door.
