i refinanced my first mortgage with them to get a reduced rate and their loan officer was great. all the payment etc was online (even though this was 10 years ago or more now) so once i hooked it up i didnt really need to look at it.

Same experience as others, I moved and gave them new address customer service never changed it; apparently I was 10 days behind for 6 mos and didn’t even know it because they didn’t call or send any mail that could be forwarded! I was going crazy wondering why my credit score was tanking and I talked to their customer service about others things and no one mentioned my payment that was 10 days behind - I caught it up now that I found out about it but they have made it near impossible to make the payment or know what is going on with your loan, it feels illegal and I can’t wait until I’m through with this bank

Garbage. They refuse to communicate via email but yet refuse to answer their phones. I’ve been on hold for 3 straight hours and haven’t talked to a single person.

super greedy bank. I have only kept enough money in my account with them to pay my loan, because I don't want them to make money off of my money. They're too quick to turn down a loan and if you mistakenly make 1 late payment in 5 years theyll report it ASAP and drive down your credit score. Im glad my loan is paid off with them and i wont have to deal with them again.

I am very disappointed and disgusted with JBT. I missed 2 payments which I was only aware of one that I tried to pay over the phone and they told me they couldn’t accept the payment because I had to pay with my bank. I have been in and out of the hospital with my 2 year old son who has been sick and diagnosed with obstructed sleep apnea. We just for discharged Thursday I have not even hardly been home to receive mail. Someone could have called me personally to remind me of payments that was missed. Since I got my car I have not missed a payment on this loan the first 2 years as a loyal customer that JBT swears I was I feel as though 2 payments was not called for a repo. I could see if I was 1000 dollars or more in debt but for $644.00 I thought that was very greedy and inconsiderate and money hungry. Sending me 50 dollar vouchers to pay at the end if I didn’t have it because I was considered a value customer but quick to repo to repossess my car is a smack in the face. Not only did I have to pay the 2 payments I also was stuck with paying a 575 tow fee. That 575 could of also went towards my car. Not only did you take extra money from my kids you also took part of my rent. What a good time to come and repossess my car. So if I’m late again on payments you know why. I can not wait to pay this stupid loan off I would never recommend your services to anyone

Great customer service opened up 4 accounts buisness and personal and my van fits through the drive through which is nice. Plus make atm cards on site. Yes they have fees like all banks but it's nice to have people greet you with smiles and a nice attitude. These people posting bad reviews on being rude must of started rude with them because I didn't have anything but good conversations with the employees at this bank.

Never ever ever ever ever ever ever get a car loan through these clowns even if they have the lowest interest rate to choose from. I tell everyone i know to not go through them. Never missed a payment or was late. I actually pay a little extra each month. And they still always call me asking why i dont have insurance ???!!! I DO HAVE INSURANCE AND ITS BEEN THE SAME FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS!!!! JTB=?????
