Dentist never showed up to exam my son. Waiting on and upwards of 30 minutes after hygienist was done with his cleaning. Finally left.

I felt good about this place when my GP doctor told me this was her dentist for years. But when I had to get seen quickly due to a chipped crown, I was first hand impressed with the entire staff! My hygienist was so gentle and the doctor was super nice and informative. Not disappointed at all.

The staff is punctual. The dentist is kind and when the hygienist says she's going to numb my mouth for my cleaning. I am ecstatic because because this is optimal and the back office had already gotten my insurance information and was on top of everything.

The staff at this office is extremely pleasant and cordial, although as for the dentist and the horrible work they do is shocking to me. They have messed up my lower partial 3 times and each time they just send me home for a couple of days with a horrible partial. The teeth were bigger than my natural teeth and the dentist looked directly at my face and tells me to try it for a few days, insane! One of the times the partial didn’t even fit and again the dentist send me home with no partial for over a week. I am so surprised at the service in this office.

From the time I entered the building until I left, everyone was friendly and helpful. The receptionist, dental hygienist and doctor were informative and helped put me at ease.
