they need help! if they dont sort your packages fast enough the truck leaves and goes back to the previous distribution center you will have to wait 3 more days from then. its a waste of time and money for everyone

this place used to be so cool; i used to be able to grab my mail after work (around 10p). now, they've implemented locking the doors. i don't know when they started (recently) and i don't know when the doors officially lock. however, if they're locking the doors when the employees leave (4p on most days) that's ridiculous. c'mon post office, we're all adults here that use your facilities. i didn't choose to not have a mailbox, now im doomed to abide by the strict hours of the local post office. jonestown? more like jokestown

Last year, I had a package destroyed with items stolen and no one had any idea how this happened, now I have a package delivered 4 days ago to post office and I have not gotten a key or slip to pickup or package has not been delivered to my home, so what another stolen package or maybe it has been given to another home, as I have often gotten other's mail. INCOMPETENT, BIG TIME

Worst service ever. I don't get my mail when informed delivery tells me I have mail coming that day. Missing mail all together. And when I call about my mail no one gives a damn.

The are liars and hypocrites. 2/11/19 Monday it's snowed and rained which trash didn't go on Monday like usual it went a day late for sandy hollow. but anyway our trash can was out side a good distance away from our mail box and we received mail on Tuesday 2/12/19 with snow infront of mail and with the trash can where it was since Monday. Well the decide to deliver the mail early on Wednesday 2/13/19 they can't deliver they mail due to snow and the trash can. If the mail was delivered on Tuesday no issues then way the hell was Wednesday different oh I know different person and the other person didn't want to do his job.

I often have missing packages. When I check tracking they say they were delivered. I often get packages for another house. Same house numbers different road. When I go to the post office to complain I get the feeling no one cares
