I asked for grade 5 bolts for a project, they gave me grade three and now i have to tare apart my project and redo it thanks to one of the employees. I would have gave a better review if they would have took the time to do their job and give me the right bolts. Now i have to use the old bolts after unbolting everything. Thanks.
