Went in to buy printer ink and paper. He didn't have the paper but got right on the phone and ordered the 5x7 right away. Had it in a couple days. Can't beat that!

The absolute best customer service. Places like this are why you should shop local. Not only did they have the exact TV that I wanted, at a great price, but were beyond kind and helpful in every aspect. I cannot recommend them enough.

Wow! How did Kane get so lucky as to still have a Radio Shack? Oh, sure, it's a franchise outlet, but Jim, the apparent owner, was extremely helpful, and it's clear that there's a lot to offer, more aligned with the actual name of the place, than electronics.

They usually will have what you need and if they don't they will volunteer to order it for you the item arrives and you are cold when they come they are accommodating and friendly
