We've rented Blood Father and The State of Jones in the last week and they were both scratched to the point that we missed part of both movies. I chatted with Michael from customer service today and it seemed like he didnt have a clue. He asked me to log into my online banking to get transaction #'s and by the time i got them he had logged out of the chat. Terrible customer service from Redbox. I'd be very cautious renting a movie out of the Redbox in Kane. if its messed up, you really have no other action than to suck it up, and start renting your movies someplace else. Sorry, it is convenient, but I'm not wasting my money for videos I cant watch the whole way through.
