Never been to the physical store, but have made and continue to make many orders off their online catalog. Their selection and service is wonderful. I used to order materials from other places, but their quality didn't cut it. This store is super.

Very knowledgeable and helpful . Brought a chair in because I was unsure of the cane size. They quickly measured the cane and gave me an accurate amount of material for my project at a great price!
