Worst branch I’ve ever been to! Staff are terribly slow and love to talk to each other about their weekend’s plan instead of helping customers so be ready to wait; I’ve only been there three times and they been the worst experiences in any bank I have ever been to, staff needs to be open minded and not judging people depending on their looks, every time I tried to cash a check out they call the person that gave me the check (“for security reasons”) which I totally understand but why they don’t do the same with the people they just cashed their checks before me, nor the people the are helping in the other counters, clearly they were only worry about me and nobody else, after calling and confirming that the check was good, they stated that it wasn’t clear the year of the date, she said it was 2029 and not 2024 and as soon as I said that I didn’t have an account with them that lady told me
“-oh yeah, I’m not cashing out this check especially because you don’t have an account and something doesn’t look good”
Save yourself a headache and stay away as far as you can from this branch

These banks are just ridiculously slow anymore. Never enough tellers and it just sucks to bank anymore. Thought it was supposed to be faster with all the online banking everyone is supposed to be doing

Drive thru waiting for at least 20 minute and that was only because we want to make a payment for the credit card. I saw Cars moving three people depósit their checks and i was still in line waiting for my Hispanic versus Hispanic why does we descriminate our own race i dont know. We all know that the percentage in kennett square of his Hispanic

Worst branch in the area, which says a lot. 2 out of 4 drive up lanes open and 10 cars in line while the tellers are too busy talking to help customers. 20+ minute wait and I was 2nd in line. This is a consistent issue especially on Fridays because apparently nobody told them it will be the busiest day of the week.

Nice friendly staff sometimes drive thru is slower than normal on peak hours.

Wait here is terrible. Do not go through drive thru unless you expect to wait for half hour. Usually only 1 lane open and always at least 3 to 5 cars waiting already.
