“I haven’t had any work done on my vehicle just yet, but I wanted to give a review based on the experience I’ve had so far.
On my way to Kennett Square, I clipped a mailbox after someone in the opposite lane was veering into my lane, and it damaged my car pretty badly. I was in shock and then became a total mess. After running my errand, I did a google search of body shops in the area and stumbled across Mercer Auto Body. They have tons of great reviews and all of the body shops in the Coatesville area are either chains/franchises, or shops that do shotty work. I walked in crying and both people in the office were SO kind. They took some information from me and verified that they had worked with my insurance company in the past. The woman walked me outside to take photos of the damage of my car so that they could write up an estimate and email it to me instead of me having to drive down there again, even though the shop is only 20 minutes from me. The woman was so comforting and helped me to calm down, which wasn’t in her job description. She was super knowledgeable about my vehicle (i.e. where the sensors are located and making sure they weren’t damaged) and knew exactly what photos to take (I would have just taken photos of the damage and left it there). I immediately felt comfortable in their presence and with the idea of working with them. Mercer Auto Body is a small business and I always prefer supporting small businesses as opposed to the mega-chains who see you as just a number.
Even though the circumstances are crappy, I feel much better after having gone to Mercer right after the accident and feel that my vehicle will be in excellent hands. Thank you both for being so kind and comforting and making time for me. I very much look forward to working with you.
For reference, the photo is my car BEFORE having it repaired. I will provide an update once the repairs are complete, and I’m sure I will have nothing but great things to say then, too!”

“Mario is a magician of paintless dent repair. This is my second time taking a vehicle to him. The first time was after a tree branch fell on my vehicle. It had well over 10 small to medium sized dents and Mario straightened them out perfectly. As for this issue on the black vehicle it was of course a door ding. The dent was roughly a nickel size. It took him roughly 10 minutes to work his magic. As you can see it looks flawless. Regardless if its an old or a brand new vehicle made of steel or aluminum Mario can fix it quickly and professionally. Can't express my thanks enough. Great person and a great local employee owned business.”

“I got rear ended and the woman had Geico. Upon calling Geico they said it would take six months or longer to get an adjuster out to look at my car, or I could take it to Crash Champions on Monday. I needed my car fixed so I took it to Crash Champions and got a rental from enterprise. After a week and a half my car was supposedly done. At pickup my car was clearly not done, so I gave Crash Champions another chance to fix it and they still could not fix it properly. They used a bumper that did not fit and they did a terrible job painting the bumper and part of the car. I called Geico and told them this is not acceptable and I had to have Mike Oliveri get on the call with the adjuster to point out the fact that six months to get my car looked at is not legal, because an insurance company has to get an adjuster out in a reasonable amount of time. Mike fought for us and once we got the okay for Classic to complete the repair he started work immediately. He had to undo EVERYTHING Crash Champions did to fix my car properly. After he painted he was still not happy so he did it again for me. Mike had to paint about half of my car to get the paint matched because of the sloppy job of Crash Champions. While my car was at Classic Coachworks I asked Mike to replace my front bumper as well due to some preexisting issues and he was happy to do that as well for a remarkable price. The shop is time efficient, they do a fantastic job, and they detailed my car so it looks better than new! I cannot thank Mike enough for helping me out during this whole fiasco and the unprofessionalism of Geico and Crash Champions.”

They did such a great job the first time I had to go back a 2nd time.. The first time my car was involved in a hit and run accident and my insurance company recommended Caliber. They were amazing! Next, when I was involved in a small fender bender, there was no question in my mind that going back to Caliber Collision was a great move. The staff is friendly, courteous and diligent. They communicated effectively, frequently and efficiently. I appreciate all that they have done for me. “My rear bumper had a foot long pressure crack that ran across the bumper. Kraft’s was able to repair it as if nothing ever happened and for a great price. Definitely will be coming back for future repairs.”
“I have taken my wife's car to Caliber 3 times in the past year and a half. Not that my wife is a bad driver, but her car does seem to be a magnet for debris and deer on the road. The car was drivable and the wife was okay. Each time it needed work I have taken the car to two Caliber Collision locations in my area. I had great experiences at both places. Work was done well and on-time and I was please how quickly and easily I could get on with my life after a few minor accidents. I am very appreciative of their services and the car looks like the day we brought it home. I highly recommend Caliber. I have a car from 2007 that needs paint, no damage, and I am hoping they might consider taking the job. I know they are backlogged and busy with accident repairs, but they did such a good job, I would like to take my other car to them for paint work because I trust them.”

“If you have any body damage to your vehicle, I strongly recommend you take it to Tom's Auto Body in Newport, DE. After getting 2 estimates, I recently took my car to Tom's to have my rear bumper replaced, after my original bumper was damaged by a hit-and-run driver. Tom, the owner, was up-front and honest, and his estimate was considerably less than the estimates from the other 2 auto body shops. My car was ready for pick-up 2 days earlier than anticipated, and the new bumper was perfectly installed. I would defy anyone to detect that it wasn't the original bumper! I give Tom's Auto Body a 5-STAR rating and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of auto body damage repair.”

“Don’t walk, run to crash champions if you need any body work.Call bob he is an awesome associate he will guide you every step of the way and there receptionist silvia is super informative. They left my 2013 Camaro looking like a brand new car right off the lot.They replaced my rear bumper and retouched my driver side door at no extra charge since it has a small peel. They keep there word of your not satisfied they will correct the work. They left my car super clean inside and out. Can’t recommend them enough. The timing was planned accordingly didn’t take them too long, less than two weeks.”
