We have been members for a year. Transferred Checking Account, and Savings Account from Citizens Bank. Much better service, higher interest rates, and easy access on line or in person at Kenneth SQ, Branch. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people.

Best damn Bank or Credit Union I ever used. A lot of security questions to make sure it's you and not a hacker or scammer or a criminal with your account or credit or debit cards. Loans are easy as well. I don't answer 800 numbers but one Sunday while we were in Avondale at Wawa a 800 number showed up so feeling intrigued I answer. Thank God I did , Someone on CASHAPP used my info and took an UBER FROM PA TO CA. Got all my money back. Thanks Citadel

I have a complaint about the Kennett Square branch and I have called the bank to speak to the Supervisor of that branch and no one at that bank can tell me who should I talk to. I guess I can just send my complaint to the national regulatory agency! This bank is disorganized and lacks good customer service!

Opened a new account here, but they put holds on ACH transfers in excess of four weeks (so four weeks and counting, and the money was not available in the account). Had to visit the branch twice to straighten it out. Then found out that they have limits on ACH transfers that they don't divulge on the website. Two more visits to their office were made, without any tangible result. Pretty much makes moving money between online accounts too tedious to be worth the trouble. All this is done in the name of fraud protection. Great, but it makes the account pretty worthless in the internet age. I have other bank and credit union accounts, and none of them have the restrictions that Citadel places on their transfers. If they are going to have these limits on accounts, it needs to be disclosed up front, not after you go through the hassle of opening an account, setting up bill pay, and direct deposit! Are these people serious about banking or not?
