I’ve been recovering from some cell phone hacking and identity theft. The Kennett Square and Marlton NJ branches have been infinitely patient and ridiculously helpful. Xfinity Mobile could learn a thing or two about customer service. Additionally Tetiana was so sweet and kind throughout my ordeal and she was proactively assertive when a hiccup occurred in an account I was trying to close.

Something came out of my account unexpectedly a little while back, I am out of work. It put me in the negative and I clearly don’t have the money to fix it. And in a world like today’s they continue to give me fees. I was -$18 and now I am over -$100 because this greedy corporation is feasting on people that need help. The last thing I need is to have more of my money taken just to get my account to $0. I have been doing odd jobs and I have the 18 to bring it back but I have bills. I can’t throw away $100+ dollars

Branch Manager here is a rockstar. Excellent at her job. ATM ate my deposit and gave me an error receipt. Next morning she counted all the money in ATM, saw it was over and pushed for pre authorization of my funds with resistance from corporate. Resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Someone give this woman a raise.
