Absolutely horrible customer service. Right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Told over the phone insurance approved early refill since I was leaving the area - get to pharmacy after being told it was filled and told insurance denied and the cost would be nearly $1,000. The whole CVS system is terrible.

Rude pharmacy staff, incompetent. I get it that they may or may not be short-staffed, so is everyone. It takes them 5 days to get a prescription in stock that is a basic anti-biotic. Except they didn't tell me 5 days to begin. It was 2 days, then another day until it was 5.They tell me to go to another CVS if I don't want to wait. When I finally get the message to come to pick it up, the drive-thru is long and the staff is rude and won't answer questions. Transferring my prescriptions to Walgreen's right next door. When I contacted my doctor about moving it, the reply was "yeah, they are pretty slow over there"

Do not use this pharmacy. Your prescription will not be ready when you get there. I have been using them off and on for a couple years and they always ask me to wait 10 to 30 minutes even when a prescription is called in a day or more ahead of time. They simply do not process prescriptions until you get there, maybe to save time for them, but it's at your expense. Do not use them - you will wait.

The gentleman behind the pharmacy counter tonight was so friendly and helpful. I just started a new job and my prescription benefits have not started yet. Therefore, my prescription was a bit pricey. He went out of his way to help me save some money on it with GoodRx. I appreciate his help.

This is the final straw when dealing with this pharmacy, we won't be using them in the future. They shorted my daughter her antibiotics for a sinus infection and never told me, gave me a 5 day supply which was supposed to be a 10 day supply. We called to have it fixed and were told it would be ready Wednesday, stop by Wednesday and not ready and told Friday. Today is Friday and they don't have it again. Then gave my wife attitude on top of it after they put us off for a few days. Your messing with the health of my 8 year old daughter and we will no longer be using your pharmacy services. The Pharmacist Sandy is very nice, the staff was very rude to my wife.

Another rude CVS pharmacy. We walked inside to ask about out COVID testing and Rebecca, in the pharmacy, was beyond rude and condescending. Everyone has bad days, but there is no excuse for such nasty behavior.

My prescription was ordered on 8/13 at 12 noon we go to pick it up the next day 8/14 at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and is not ready or better yet the person that was in the front desk didn't even try to look for my prescription she just said 15 minutes. After that it was another 45 minutes before the pharmacist founded it or even tried to find it because we were loudly complaining how this prescription was there from the day before and it was not ready. CVS need to get it together.?♀️??
