Absolutely horrible customer service. Right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Told over the phone insurance approved early refill since I was leaving the area - get to pharmacy after being told it was filled and told insurance denied and the cost would be nearly $1,000. The whole CVS system is terrible.

Rudest staff at Health hub! I made the appointment online and as I was checking in they canceled my appointment. Apparently I was “late”, but they didn’t even call my name or ask who was checking in. Then proceeded to not let me even speak to the nurse as to why she cancelled my appointment.

Another rude CVS pharmacy. We walked inside to ask about out COVID testing and Rebecca, in the pharmacy, was beyond rude and condescending. Everyone has bad days, but there is no excuse for such nasty behavior.

I've had a couple different issues with this pharmacy, although the majority of the staff is pretty nice. However, woman that helped me at the register today was beyond wonderful. Incredibly kind, compassionate, with an eager desire to HELP and BE HELPFUL. I unfortunately don't remember her name-- but she mentioned that she was very new and still learning the ropes. I had a complicated situation with my prescription refill today and while other members of the staff were dismissive and quite frankly a bit accusatory, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I hope she sees this and knows how wonderful she's doing and what an impact she's already made on a pharmacy I haven't had the best experiences with.

Kennett Square PA- Employee Rosie is rude and isnt practicing CDC recommendations, she is too busy talking to a friend about her birthday and the person she knows with c-19. I made an appointment at minute clinic and was they never called me to come in for my appointment so I sat in the parking lot for 40 min for nothing

This CVS is HORRIBLE! Every time I go there, there is always at least a 30 minute wait, usually more. Its hit or miss if they even have my prescription ready, which means I have to relive this hell twice in one day! Every time I go in, CVS emails me a survey to take. I give them the lowest remarks I possibly can. Obviously, nobody I'm corporate reads them.

Drive thru line wait time is ALWAYS horrendous. 20 min wait with only one car ahead of you is a disgrace. Inside wait time is almost as bad.

Horrible. Just horrible. Scripts are never ever ready when promised. I have strep throat, and was ordered penicillin. The script was sent by my doctor at 11:20AM. I left work at 2:00 to get my script after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru I'm told it's not ready, we're running behind. This really just sent my through the roof. I feel horrible and the only thing I'd like to do is grab my meds and go to sleep. I'll be changing all of my medications to another pharmacy that's competent.

I visited this Minute Clinic because I had changed jobs and was between doctors and medical insurance plans. I just needed to refill a common blood pressure medication so that I could avoid heart attack or stroke until I could see my new doctor. Instead, the nurse practitioner at this location went BONKERS on me. She accused me of "doctor shopping," which is what prescription drug addicts do to get refills. She screamed at me and threw me out. Happily, as you can infer, I did not die from this and reached my new doctor a few months later with high blood pressure. I complained to CVS headquarters three times but they did not care. "Caring Very Seldom" is what CVS actually stands for. Don't let this location kill you. Go somewhere, anywhere, better.

DO NOT GET PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. The pharmacist, Joe Stratton, filled my prescription with the completely wrong medication back in January and again botched my prescription a few weeks ago by giving me only half of my prescription. Never once spoke to him either time, wasn't offered an apology by the pharmacist himself, only the district manager was apologetic. While I adore two of the pharmacy techs there, the pharmacy tech, William W. was incredibly rude after the second issue was brought to his attention. The carelessness and seemingly nonexistent quality control exercised repeatedly by the pharmacist and the ridiculously poor customer service after making these errors by him and a select few of the staff are forcing me to go elsewhere for my family's prescriptions.
