Was never able to use them, I had booked an appointment for 12 on Saturday only to find out they closed at 12 I never received any warnings of this I for the life of me have no idea why they wouldn't book for 11:30 instead but before I went I called to make sure everything would be ok and a very rude lady told me they would lock the door as soon as it was 12

When I originally rented this car not one employee told me I needed the declaration page of my insurance. I had called Oxford Enterprise and Kennett Square Enterprise a day before I was renting. Then since I had the car over a month the employee told me I had to come in and sign a new contract. I did go up and sign. The employee working did not tell me I had to pay another deposit and he did charge me. He didn’t say anything about that they would return my original deposit. So I was left 3 days without enough money to pay my mortgage.

Once again my rental car experience was terrible! The car wa less then clean and smelled like McDonald's French fries my wife said the same . After driving the car maybe 50 miles the front brakes were gone they deliver the car that way to me !The representative talked to me very disrespectful and when I called was rude said they would have a replacement vehicle the next day and would call me and never did . I would not use this company but they are used by my insurance company. NEVER EXSPECT ANY GOOD THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAD A BAD EXSPERENC

Good team here at this location. Be careful where you park your personal car at this location if you do not have an option to take it home. The landscape crew is careless and will damage your vehicle!

Horrible x3!!! This location do not update their inventory for enterprise reservation call center. BE AWARE!!!! If you book an appointment using online reservations by phone, you can not rely on that service with this Kennett Square Enterprise location. I planned an anniversary dinner for my wife using my contact information. A representative from Kennett Square called my wife 2 days before our scheduled pickup day to get the vehicle stating “ the vehicle your husband reserved is no longer available.” My wife, who knew nothing about this reservation stated to please call my husband. Guess what? I never received a call. They totally dropped the ball with me surprising my wife with our anniversary dinner. I never received the call as promised and our dinner reservations were canceled. Fast forward to today 7/18/2024. I made reservations by phone and was told Kenneth Square had the 3rd row vehicle. Reservations completed at 1pm. I received a phone call from the branch manger Caleb at 6:00pm (store closed) stating they do not have a vehicle available for 7:30am pickup. He also stated “he hasn’t had a 7 passenger vehicle in over 7 weeks and he don't know why the reservation team continue to book reservations on cars they do not have.” After speaking with corporate, I learned the it is the store managers job to update the inventory so that these situations is prevented. Cooperate also mentioned, the only reason they see vehicles in their system available is because the store have them listed available in their system. I will not do business with this company in the future. They are not transparent and will wait until business is closed to give you a call to cancel your reservations. This location is not to be trusted .

Enterprise did not have the midsize SUV that I had reserved, so they substituted a HUGE Dodge Durango at the same price. As our insurance company was footing the bill, I didn’t quibble, though I worried about the gas mileage. 23.4 MPH was very respectable and if I had children again, I’d buy one. The Pick up and After Hours Return were both very smooth.
