This is literally my Third HORRIBLE experience with this place! I would NOT advise! You will be charged HIDDEN FEES…from the very beginning all I asked for is Transparency and the cost of that should be FREE. How do you send someone an invoice and not have ALL the necessary charges on there. Are we not in 2025? You can’t utilize them old excuses anymore, let’s cut to the chase! Yall tried overcharging me and creating fraudulent charges under my account. I could see if the fees were 5 or $10 (even still that’s wrong) but $98 is insane and I’m currently still waiting for an legitimate explanation as to how you can create and add charges. You would think since I only utilized this storage for 2 months I would not be going through this issue. This is not right to hide charges that should be automatically place onto said invoice. Why should I pay for something that was not previously discussed or added to my invoice. You would think after literally screwing me over within the first 18 minutes of the customer service, I would be provided with some quality service. I was told I will NOT be able to gain access to my belongings unless the $98 was paid??? What kind of scam is this place entertaining???

I’m giving them 2 stars for the fact that it’s convenient and I like that everything is contactless and self-serve. I feel safe at this location. However, they must have changed ownership at some point in the last 2 years because the customer service has really gone downhill. A little over a year ago they cut back on access hours so it is no longer 24/7 even with your code. And they have applied multiple rate increases in a year (2 increases within the past 6 months) after we were told there wouldn’t be any rate increases when we re-signed our lease a year ago. They constantly run promotions for new customers but don’t do anything to show their current loyal customers (we’ve been with them for over 5 years) that they are valued. When asked the reason for the multiple rate increases they just cited “property values in the area”. Um, I didn’t magically get additional square footage or additional services and my access was reduced. What are you charging me for???

K Square and their staff made moving in to my storage as easy as can be. Staff was very polite and helpful in many was to make it a smooth transition.

I highly recommend this self storage facility. It is fenced and gated for extra security. It is also really clean and you can tell that the new owners care about their customers valuables. Thank you.
