The machines are in great condition and it's very clean here. The cycles are a little pricey but the machines are quick so it's worth it.

It has WiFi, TV, bathroom and a store to buy detergent or something to drink, it has good capacity but there are usually always a lot of people! They should choose a good time to be quiet (usually midday or after midday).

This afternoon I came to the laundry as always. I put several machines to wash, one of them where I put the sheets to wash for the arrival of my baby in a week. The machine not rinse and spin. I told the lady who attends, and she told me that because she had a lot of soap. Which is why I'm sure it isn't. Who is going to put a lot of soap on some new sheets for a newborn baby? He told me to speak to the owner. situation that I see a lack of respect, I am not the worker, that's what the person in charge of the laundry is for. I spoke to the owner and with his rudeness he tells me that it is because it has a lot of soap, that people say no even though that is the reason. I am a Christian person, why lie about something so simple? Finally, the worker comes and in front of all the people told me very rudely that this is the last time this happens. implying that I always do the same? I don't have the need to fight three dollars, much less lie. I think they should have education to speak to people and above all respect. I will not return to this laundry, very lousy service and from the owner, his customers are the ones who contribute to his business.Finally the workers put to machine again and the machine no work, same thing. Why razón? Machine is no available to work. Why she doesn’t put the close on the other machine? Why she says is not my problem?

Always crowded and expensive! Why do we still have to use quarters?! Just something else heavy to carry, can’t even use credit card to get quarters there only cash.

Place is out of hands. Not cleaning door handles on doors or machines or money exchange, or vending machines or water handles at sink or even the hand rails if someone has covid. No enforcing mask mandates because you have no ideal who's bringing in covid . Plus the Hispanics park in front of business to unload and take their time doing this. Traffic has to wait and yet the employees see this and say nothing

Price just went up and am not saying too expensive but sometime they need maintenance to work better to wash and dry much better. Example I have a $5.00 dollar washer that the minutes go quick I see people like it but not me. They like it because it wash fast and that's not right that means clothes not get wash properly

The woman working at the time was so personable and helpful. She did not stop working even while having pleasant conversation. The place was clean and nice. I will absolutely use again if the need arises.
