I debated putting this review out here but just can't get over the way I was spoken to, I would never speak to anyone like this! So here it is - I went into the bank for change and was told that since I wasn't a customer, they couldn't help me. I had been in there previously and was given change with no problem and they couldn't have been nicer, saying come back any time! If their policy is that you have to be a customer that's fine, however, the woman who waited on me this time was extremely rude about it. I was shocked that she wouldn't help me so, dumbfounded, I looked at the teller next to her and she literally said "don't look at her", very sarcastically! WTH!! We are fairly new to the area and have considered changing to a closer bank, it sure won't be this one!

Keybank is really bad, I have a car loan thru them and they refuse to correct my term. I agreed to a 72 month term but in the system it shows 73 months but all my papers showed 72 months but they refuse to fix it in the system.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Did not make time or effort to try to help me when my card was accidentally left in the machine, RIGHT before a long holiday weekend. I will never refer anyone to go here, as a long time bank employee over the years, they do NOT teach their employees to go above and beyond. No wonder their parking lot is empty. Will not be using that ATM ever again. Very disappointed at the level of incompetency and unwillingness to help another individual.

Either they're great or they're terrible. They're often grossly understaffed (long lines and an unmanned drive through) and some of the employees are really rude. This particular transaction that I'm giving 3 stars someone came to the window, sent back the carrier I'd sent them, I sent it back again and asked for a deposit slip, they sent it and left the window, so I pressed call teller not sure where they had gone. 5 minutes later another teller very rudely said she would get to it after she was done with other customers (she was not working the drive through) 10 minutes later (total) the original person came back, grabbed the carrier, disappeared again (but very polite), all while the cars in the drive through behind me gave up and drove away or went to the atm instead. 15 minutes since getting to the window and I'm finally done with a simple deposit.
