Picked up my glasses & needed an older pair of Ray-Bans adjusted. Sarah did an excellent job adjusting them. She replaced two screws in frame. Like need again. Thank you Sarah.

I always enjoy a visit to MyEyeDr. in the Shoppes at Longwood shopping center—the staff are consistently cheerful and professional—but this morning's experience was particularly impressive. My glasses needed what should have been a small, quickly performed repair which turned into a half-hour struggle with two tiny but recalcitrant screws. The young woman who carried out the repair never flagged and kept me posted on what the problem was. She worked away steadily until the repair was completed. At the end, she was as cheerful as at the beginning. And the charge? Nothing!

Worst experience ever!!!!!! On December 27, 2023 my daughter had her first appointment. That day we ordered contacts and were told they would text us when they were ready. I never received a text so I called & left a message, but never got a call back. I finally reached a person they told me they would reorder them. After a week or so we received a text. When we showed up to get the contacts we were told we couldn't take them unless we made an appointment to learn how to put them in. After the appointment we left with a trial pair. When we received the next text that the contacts were ready, it ended up being another trial pair. We then asked to order our contacts & were told we needed approval from the doctor. Again, they never called us back. When I called they told me they got the ok & we could order them. Of course, it's been weeks & we still haven't heard anything & when I call no one answers. It's been 6 months...

super helpful! i came in without an appointment after my frames broke, and despite being a bit of a complicated fix, the employees went on a whole quest to figure it out and get them back to me same day :)
