Screwed again! Checked website for UPS pickup time: 6:00. I get there at 5:45. UPS had already picked up at 5:30! "They must've not changed the website." Ya think?

Bought a beautiful Buddha lamp from AS Auctions, and had Parcel & More pack and ship it. Insanely expensive. Horribly packed with very little material inside the box - the lamp was destroyed. Had to go through a lengthy claims process, often with unanswered emails and long delays. They still made me pay for the box and materials, AND they got to keep the lamp in the end. I lost over $100 total. I don't recommend this business if shipping something expensive or large.

So my experience in the past with shipping has not been good. I ship items from all across US to FL every week and for thousands of dollars every month. This UPS store is very good and very affordable. If you are reading this review and shipping items won from the area auction houses, this UPS store is very good. If you need help or need advice on shipping items affordable they in my experience are exceptional. I spend time and money with shipping companies and Parcel and More is extremely fair with shipping and packing. I have read reviews from others and communication and helpfulness is always mentioned and it should. So please ignore the 1 star reviews the operation and communication is far superior than other shipping operators and definitely the best when compared to other UPS stores. Remember these are franchise operators and not owned by UPS. So each location has different management and staff. I was apprehensive at first but once I began the staff impressed me so please give them an opportunity and ignore the nonsense of the 1 star reviews. Thank you Parcel & More. I really had to say something since people have not reviewed your store correctly.

Came in to get a document notarized and had them send it out for me, purchased stamp. Was quick and easy. Lady seemed friendly as well.

Made an appointment for fingerprinting - left work early and arrived on time only to be told all fingerprinting had been cancelled due to the person who does them being sick. The woman who was at the desk said an e-mail went out but it did not - I never received an e-mail - I even checked my spam. She was extremely rude and I will never trust the services here again - will be going elsewhere. If this is how they treat customers I certainly would not trust them with packages.

I needed to shop medicine to DC overnight. The cost would have been $50+ for the Air delivery but the cashier offered the ground delivery service that cost less than half and it still got it DC next day.

I stopped to ship a package and the big blaring sign that said you have to wear a mask no matter what stopped me in my tracks. I turned and left.

The uninterested, somewhat condescending attitude of the staff isn't great but when you couple it with a mask mandate it's a special treat. There are literally 100 businesses within a 2 minute drive none with a mask mandate but hey these people will keep you safe for the 60 seconds you are there.

Stopped in here for fingerprinting service appointment I had made (Identogo) and drove 40 minutes. Upon entering, the supervisor told me to place a mask on. I replied I will happily do so if you have a disposable mask I could wear, as today is June 28, the mask mandate is lifted, and I unfortunately did not bring one. She told me to purchase one. I have a disability in which I am not required to wear one anyway, and I sure was not going to spend money on one only to remove it a second later to get my photo taken. I informed her I have a disability and am not required to wear one. She told me I would need to go home and get one and drive back. I told her she was breaking the law and that I am not required to disclose anything further but I will show you my medical ID card in order to prove to her that I have a pacemaker device. She was still skeptical, but eventually allowed the fingerprinting photo to take place. She made me feel extremely humiliated and embarassed. This location/manager has broken the law and violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and I may choose to personally fine her- she is in violation and can be personally fined up to $75,000 per violation and $150,000 thereafter.
