The manager, who I am summing is new, is obviously on a power trip. Her attitude is absolutely disgusting and comes off as entirely degrading. I could not find one nice thing to say about this woman! I have been using this bank almost daily for years and have never been treated the way I was today for doing the same thing I have every other visit.
I will say however, the tellers at this location have always been beyond kind and professional! I wish them the best of luck to learn to work around this terrible kind of management.

There's a lot of great PNC branches. This isn't one. From the bellyaching I get from tellers when I make larger withdrawals of MY money to leaving customers standing outside in the cold for 10 minutes when they aren't opening on time, then another 15 minutes in line because they aren't prepared to process transactions, to the attitude of some of their employees both past and present, this is one PNC location you should avoid.

Absolutely awful customer service! Needed to close my father's account due to death. After multiple trips, hours sitting in the bank, multiple trips to register of wills, provided all requested paperwork - and still - haven't been able to close the account. A horrendous and gut wrenching experience.

GARBAGE! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! It’s not the first time either that I felt this way. Just the first time I’m taking action and writing a negative review. BANK ELSEWHERE. Staff is terrible, time waiting is terrible. Garbage. ?

The Assistant Manager Ky is the best. Personable, friendly and cares about her clients. I went in to get an issue resolved and she was immediately attentive and quickly resolved my problem

PNC it’s a very difficult bank this branch and the Manager extremely difficult they don’t care about small business, the tellers are nice , I’m surprised the she still have any employees working for her. During Covid I was getting 180 dollars on unemployment a week they act like they never saw me every week , I was so embarrassed I was difficult specially because my small business I was closed for 9 months ..

While the staff is friendly, they clearly have a big bank mentality and literally have no small business services. Or non-profit has a substantial amount of money in PNC and by charter we are not allowed to invest in anything other than money market type investments.. I was told that they were no programs to invest this amount other than at their 0.15% rate (no promotional or rates for long time customers,, etc.) I've talked to a couple of local banks who have multiple options to service our needs. Will transfer to another bank as soon as possible.

This branch continues to disappoint, for many reasons, and we will be switching banks. With the current issue, I have called, emailed, and called again where I left a specific message with a specific person and told them it was "important", and I still do not have a call back.
