“So my experience in the past with shipping has not been good. I ship items from all across US to FL every week and for thousands of dollars every month. This UPS store is very good and very affordable. If you are reading this review and shipping items won from the area auction houses, this UPS store is very good. If you need help or need advice on shipping items affordable they in my experience are exceptional. I spend time and money with shipping companies and Parcel and More is extremely fair with shipping and packing. I have read reviews from others and communication and helpfulness is always mentioned and it should. So please ignore the 1 star reviews the operation and communication is far superior than other shipping operators and definitely the best when compared to other UPS stores. Remember these are franchise operators and not owned by UPS. So each location has different management and staff. I was apprehensive at first but once I began the staff impressed me so please give them an opportunity and ignore the nonsense of the 1 star reviews. Thank you Parcel & More. I really had to say something since people have not reviewed your store correctly.”

“I was just at this location with my baby and I had to pickup some large boxes to move. I came in very last minute because I didn’t realize what time they closed today.The staff in there was absolutely wonderful and one employee who I did not catch his name definitely stood above the bar and gave amazing customer service. They were wonderful and I will now be doing all further purchases and shipping straight through this location.He let me and my baby wait inside for our ride due to it being so cold. “We were in town for a memorial service, and needed an item bound and printed.The staff were very helpful and offered very useful suggestions.The store is well stocked with art supplies, clean and well-lit.Two visits were required, dropping off and then picking up the order. Both were mid-day. There were multiple customers both times and enough staff to minimize wait times.Thank you to the staff for being a bright spot in our visit.”
