“Premium Power Services has been involved in the business/industrial power market for over a dozen years. In early 2020, they reportedly purchased a company that serviced the residential market (standby backup generators for power outage protection). In August 2020, I contacted Premium Power Services and 6 other companies regarding purchase and installation of a 20KW standby generator for our home. After communicating with all, I asked for three on-site quotes for purchase of a Cummins generator. Premium Power personnel were the most professional, their business offices were the most impressive, their price was competitive, so I contracted for their services. The Cummins was not in stock, but I was offered a Kohler for immediate installation. I decided to wait for a Cummins. When it arrived, the installation was professionally done, and the township inspection gave prompt approval. The wifi connection with the generator is excellent, and it has performed several weekly 'exercises' perfectly. I'm a very happy customer, and I highly recommend their services.
